Beautify the Block kicks off this year as a part of our Earth Day Celebration in partnership with Greater Newark Conservancy on April 23.
Every 2nd Saturday of the month through November, we will be working with residents to organize block clean ups throughout the Clinton Hill neighborhood.
We will coordinate with the city’s Department of Public Works to secure dumpsters and work with Keep Newark Beautiful for the cleaning supplies, as we did last year.
