Responsible for managing finance and administrative functions of the organization, integrating accounting, development, and operations to ensure fiscal stewardship.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the first phase of our food co-op, the Mutual Aid Grocery Store, and leading the planning process for launching a resident-run food co-op. 

Responsible for handling sales, operating the juice bar, maintaining a fully stocked store with attractive displays, and supporting membership engagement and programming.

 Responsible for leading the Housing Counseling Center and managing related programming focused on housing stability and quality.

Responsible for providing housing counseling case management for residents facing housing instability and housing quality issues; and implementing related programming.

Responsible for coordinating programming activity, including program planning and design, supporting outreach and recruitment, tracking and reporting on program activity, liaising with community partners, and general administrative support.
